Business plan competition BIT Ural 2010

Our company is the organizer of the regional competition of business ideas BIT Ural 2010. BIT Ural is a part of one of the most influential Russian business contests - BIT (Business of Innovative Technologies) contest which takes place in Russia for seven years. The event is planned to become an essential element of the regional innovative eco-system and to help entrepreneurs to prepare business plans of their projects that could address investor's concerns and attack international markets. Participants take part in free educational program, get one-on-one mentoring and coaching from successful entrepreneurs and investors, that will allow them to present their projects to the panel of judges (April 2010).
Winner(s) of BIT Ural go to Moscow and, if the project has international potential, to the IBTEC or SVOD contest in the USA.
We have administrative support from all regional administrations (Chelyabinsk, Tyumen, Kurgan, Ekaterinburg, Khanty-Mansiisk). Financial support comes from Tyumen administration and official sponsors (Papilon Systems- the biggest regional IT-company, mobile operator -Tele2, and Microsoft).
We also have partnered with one of the biggest Silicon Valley technology incubators PlugandPlayTechCenter.com and CRDF. Our American partners will give travel grants and will provide the free office space and access to all incubator infrastructure for three months to our winner(s).
Having among our partners such respectable companies we are very committed to create the leading educational and collaboration platform for entrepreneurs in our region.

The competition begins in November 2009 and will be held in Ekaterinburg, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan, Tyumen, Khanty-Mansiisk.
BIT-Ural finals will be held on 28 April 2010 in Ekaterinburg.
